Check-in
Apartments are ready from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.

Check-out
On departure day, we ask that you vacate the room by 10:00 a.m.

Prices are per apartment per day for the standard occupancy of 4 people (apartment no. 3 - standard occupancy 2 people) including the services provided.

The cancellation terms of the Austrian Hotel Regulations (ÖHVB) apply.

• up to 3 months before arrival: no cancellation fees
• 3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the total cost
• 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the total cost
• 1 week before arrival: 100% of the total cost
• the same applies to late arrival or early departure, regardless of reason.

• Final cleaning: Apartment 2 € 130.00, Apartments 1/4/5 € 125.00 per apartment; 
• Apartment 3 € 90.00 
• Tourist tax: EUR 3,70 per person and day for all persons from 15 years
